Hi,

I'm trying to get the MfgTool (Version 1.6.2.048) to work with the i.MX28. I have followed the Manufacturing Tool Quick Start Guide document, supplied with the software, I only get so far.

After plugging the USB cable in, it auto installs as a HID-compliant device and a USB Input Device.

When I try to 'Scan devices' nothing happens, and when I try to open the USB configuration, by going to 'Options -> Configuration...' and then clicking the 'USB Ports' tab, the software crashes.

Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

also there may be issues if computer has USB 3.0 controller,

it is recommended to disable it.
