How do I stream my camera using RTSP in Gstreamer on SABRESD

I have searched all over the internet with no luck. I am trying to create a RTSP stream (TCP) from my SABRESD board to a Wowza server. I have been able to create a UDP/RTP stream using the Linux guide but I can't create a RTSP stream as there is no rtspsink element. Any help is appreciated:

Thanks Igor,

I tried this but the other end (wowza) did not recognize this as an RTSP stream. With tcpserver, I could only make it work with tcpclient sitting at the other end.

I am trying to do the exact same thing. Want to stream my camera display to WOWZA through RTSP.
