I need to Add Xenomai Patch for Yocto Kernel for IMX6 board. Please revert if anyone has done it. I need the procedure and how to chose the patch and from where do we get ?

First you need to study Yocto document for Kernel patch.

You need to create source\meta-*\recipe-kernel\

The Support for this patch it is delivered from the people from Xenomai see ksrc/arch/arm/patches/README in Xenomai sources for instructions on how to use it.
