Hello,

we want to develop a rich graphics app for the instrument cluster, with IOT feature.

what OS would help us, LINUX/ANDROID ? and why ?

How will the software stack up look for the application ? from hardware to HAL to API to library ?

How to develop an application with html5 on the UI/UX end and how is the data flow from the HAL to application ?

I think linux has better support, just because it has more documentation.

GPU drivers, i.MX_6_Graphics_User's_Guide.pdf

Graphics is implemented with QT5, X11,Frame Buffer and Wayland

check Freescale_Yocto_Project_User's_Guide.pdf how build images

fsl-image-qt5, fsl-image-gui . Short summary below is useful
