i.MX6S die temperature sensor accuracy

Hi All,

We are using i.MX6 Solo processor in project.

During thermal testing, we observed that our CPU is not able to boot at high temperature (Ta=65Degree) because i.MX6 internal temperature sensor is reading temperature that exceeds threshold point.

Does anybody know about accuracy of the CPU die temperature sensor?

Also the maximum tolerance of internal die temperature sensor and calibration of sensor.

accuracy (variation of readings) is ~10deg (+/-10deg).
