Tool to compile IM6 source code

Hi Experts,

Is there any installation or tool required to compile the linux source code of the IMX6 SL processor. for EVK ?

I had downloaded the IMX6 source code and was looking for tool to compile it.

It may be recommended to use the recent Linux BSP(s) for i.MX6 (SL ).
