Using USB device without VDD5V on imX28

I would like to use the USB OTG Port in device only mode without having VDD5V present. I have seen that there is a patch for Linux L2.6.35_1.1.0 (USB Device not work when VDD5V is not attached during boot (iMX28)).

Is there a similar patch for windows CE 6.0?

I am afraid there are no such patches for WinCE60.
