Sticky Bit error of i.MX6Solo with using debugger

Dear All,

In our original board, we accessed the EIM_CS0 area(0x0800_0000-) by using JTAG.

However, when we access the EIM_CS0 area after a system Boot from SD, Sticky Bit error occurs.
Word access and double word access were tried, but it was the same result.

May I have any advice to evade this error?

had you set CCM_CGPR6, CG5 for EIM clock enabling ?

Thank you very much for your support.

I found CG5 field of the CCM_CCGR6 register having been 00.

The problem was solved by setting this value to "11".
