    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have recently run into a problem programming when an eMMC part we were using (KLM4G1FE3B-B001) on our product went obsolete and we tried to use a new eMMC part (KLM4G1YEMD-B031). We're using the Freescale Manufacturing Tool to program and the blue progress bar stops at "Waiting for the SD card":&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="Download issue.jpg"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/48599iC97E3C5554FEC9A0/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Download issue.jpg" alt="Download issue.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This issue occurs every time when programming the new eMMC parts. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've attached a comparison of the two eMMC parts. Would any of the differences cause the new eMMC part to not be compatible with the i.MX233?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Clif&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;KLM4G1FE3B-B001 is eMMC 5.0, i.MX23 formally does not support it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try to rebuild MFG Tools using patch below&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-message-small" data-containerid="2004" data-containertype="14" data-objectid="435796" data-objecttype="2" href="https://community.freescale.com/message/435796#435796"&gt;https://community.freescale.com/message/435796#435796&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;igor&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
