Log Buffer on iMX6Solo

I want to read the log buffer on the iMX6Solo, but the log buffer pointer at 0x000000d0 returns 0x7e1 which seems not a valid address for the log buffer.

The iMX6Q returns 0x00902190.

The processor is a MCIMX6S5EVM10AB.

There is no errata listet in the REv4 Errata for Solo/DualLite.

Does the log buffer exist in iMX6S/DL or is there a bug in the ROM code?

for MCIMX6S5EVM10AB this (irom_log_buffer) should be 0xD4,

regarding errata - it is not errata, this is just different processor.

iMX6Q ans iMX6S are quite different processors.

So the Reference Manual for the iMX6S/DL (Fig. 8-3) and the Security Reference Manual (Fig. 4-4) are both wrong.

and for silicon revision C it was changed to 0xD8. This is also not documented.:smileyangry:
