IMX287 with WiFi/BT Combo module interface error

Dear Freescale support.

My customer is using IMX28 device for phone module application.

we have some problem, customer IMX28system is usging WiFi/BT Combo module for phone uesr.

when the customer doing aging test Combo module driver mount and unmount.( about 30~35 times)

sometime, driver is don't unmout or kernel panic.( please attached error log files )

Conbo module information.

Interface : SDIO ( voltage is 1.8v )

Partnumber : WM-BN-BM-04 ( USI company )

Module chipset : BCM4330.

Driver name : dhd.ko ( attached file )

Can you help debugging point for my customer ??
