topic GPIO on imx6slevk in i.MX Processors

GPIO on imx6slevk

I can't seem to find an easy way to work with the GPIOs on the imx6slevk, if someone can help me with this, like, what can I add to the device tree (dts file) so I can make a simple C program to blink a LED, that would be really useful. I have an adapter in the LCD socket so I can use those pins. Also I'm using kernel 3.10.17. Maybe is too beginner, like a 'hello world' question, but if there would be a straight manual I won't be here, right?.

That was really useful, I learn some things that I have had clear until now. But I still can make an LED Blink :smileysilly:. Do you have a practical example, or a link to a page where I can find something like that.
