    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi i am working in i.mx sololite evk board.. i need to&amp;nbsp; use dongle to use internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using jelly bean 4.3&amp;nbsp; from git source. using(android user guide).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i configured pid vid&amp;nbsp; in drivers/usb/serial/ .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in my bootlog is showing huawei mass storage .. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but&amp;nbsp; in dev/ folder i cant found ttyUSB0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;kindly help me how to configure in kernel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Thangameena,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How you added the vid/pid in the source code itself or through sysfs entry ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Usually dongles will be enumerated as mass storage until the driver is loaded. Once the driver is loaded then the serial AT ports will be open and well it depends on the vendor. Some dongles don't have such requirements and it could be accessed easily.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
