      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think they can't be supported.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Tamper Detection signal is pulled-down internally. In case of use, it should be connected to a Tamper Detection contact in a target system (Normally closed, pulled-up to the VDD_SNVS_IN).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But due to the iMX6 hasn't connected this signal to external IOMUX pad, there is no external pin can be used to connect it to VDD_SNVS_IN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
