Greetings,

Does Anyone know of a reference design that has been created for the MCIMX257CJN4A (12x12 package). All the SDK kits seem to be based on the larger package. I have reviewed app note AN3951, but am looking for something specific to this package if possible, and preferrably with PCB layout files.

Hi Dan,

as far as I know Freescale did not produce such reference design for 12x12 package .

Is there an IBIS model for this 0.5 mm pitch BGA device? I have only found the senna.ibs for the larger 17x17 package.

Hi Dan, yes there is ibis model for it, however

since it is not officially released, please enter help service

request ticket to obtain it internally.
