Hello all

I get reading from

Document Number: IMX6DQRM Rev. 1, 04/2013 @ Page 2696

• RGB565 over 16 bit = 2 cycles/pixel

As I understand , RGB565 is take 16bit in ram , and all dma transfer can finished in 1 clock with paral data , Why this takes 2 cycles ?

While At the same page

• RGB888 over 8 bit = 3 cycles/pixel

This is fiexed from Document Number: IMX6DQRM Rev. 0, 11/2012 @Page 2671

This is a little wired , I dont know if your chip will have some special trick for dma transfer ? high dma data transfer limit ?

But at same page

• YUV422 over 16 bit = 1 cycles/pixel

Or , just Document error ?

Yes, this is a misprint : RGB565 over 16 bit requires 1 cycle/pixel
