The uImage under Mfgtools-Rel-4.1.0_130816_MX6Q_UPDATER\Profiles\MX6Q Linux Update\OS Firmware\file is the kernel uImage ,when you have completed building BSP by LTIB, the kernel image and the U-Boot images are located at: rootfs/boot/.
