HI all,

I was designing a custom board with i.MX53. I want to use LPDDR2-800MHz.

the DDR3 used in the QSB is not available in small quantities from micron or distributors, like Digikey.

Which LPDDR2's (part number) are compatible with i.MX535 and any recommendation on how to interface is also appreciated

Hi Jerry,

The chips you suggested are for the PoP, but I'm using imx535 (TFBGA-529)

Does this package support LPDDR2, the datasheet is somewhat confusing....

My application is low power and low cost, so LPDDR2 and BGA-529 are important

Although all the chips I mentioned are in PoP package, you can mount them in the PCB too.

Hi,

I'm looking for flash header.S file for samsung K4P4G304EC.

If anyone know any thing about samsung K4P4G304EC,please let me know.

I have a flash_header.S which works fine with 200Mhz,but now i'm working on running RAM @400Mhz.

All suggestions are welcome.
