iMX51 EVK Lucid (Demo Image) OpenCV Build Error

Hi,

I am following the following link to build and install EmguCV on Linux (9.04 Lucid Demo Image from Freescale) on iMX51 EVK board.

Please note that EmguCV mentions the custom install of OpenCV and instructs to remove any OpenCV version installed on OS. So, I didn`t think building of OpenCV on iMX51 EVK as mentioned on http://www.imxdev.org/wiki/index.php?title=I.MX51_EVK_Board_OpenCV

After step 3 (generating the makefile), when i execute `make` command, I am getting the error logs (file attached). The build process terminates with the following error:

c++: Internal error: Segmentation fault (program cc1plus)

Please submit a full bug report.

I also tried re-installing g++

sudo apt-get -–reinstall install g++-4.4

But this didn`t help. I am getting the same error repeatedly, though at different files each time.

Please experts... give some possible suggestions to resolve this.
