How to debug using JTAG

How to setup an environment which I can use JTAG to debug the program?

Because when you first get a new design, you need to figure out the problem of your DDR2.

If you can't setup DDR2, nothing you can to to boot from SD, am I right?

Any solutions.

Are you using the Linux BSP for the i.MX28 EVK?

Before I use Linux BSP, I need to make sure my custom board running correctly. It is better I can use IRA or similar IDE with J-Link to figure out the reason. Possibly, DDR configuration error. It helps me to find the reason quickly and efficient.
