Looking for a Bare metal executable code for iMX6 using DS-5

Hi,

I am looking for a bare metal example code for a iMX6Q Sbare lite version board to be used using DS-5. I tried using a RTSM start up codes to initialize the startup.s file for this board, and tried to map the memory in the scatter file , but on building the code crashes.

So if you can provide me the initial framework for this, using which i can create my codes, that would be really helpful.

I would also like to get a Lauterbach script for same board as well, using which i can simply load the .axf file generated using DS-5.

Please let me know the needful.

There is a Platform SDK that should provide you the information you are requesting.

The tools folder has the Lauterbach scripts.

EDIT: It's under the Snippets, Boot Code, .. Tab

Thanks for the response.

i have already gone through this. And it did not helped much as DS-5 folder inside this mainly comprises of the debugger script for accessing the DDR3 memory.

1. I am looking for something which will do the initialization using 'startup.s' file just like we have in the code attached for RTSM Coretile express Cortex-A9, attached along with this thread.

So if you can provide similar kind of code that would suffice my requirement.

2. Also for Lauterbach, i want the .cmm style script for this board.

3. The SDK Platform is not helping much. Can you provide us the guidelines how to use this files present in the SDK platform to run Using DS-5.

Hi,

I got the lauterbach script (.cmm) file, which i run it before i load a code '.axf' file.

But whenever i do that i get an error like 'bus error generated by cpu'

Please find the attached code which was build using DS-5 and debugged using Lauterbach.

I request you to kindly let me know is there any initialization problem in the code or something else which i am missing.
