a problem about i.MX53

hi,I custom a board ，the processer is i.MX537, the design is very similar with i.MX 535QSB.

when i test usb ，the windows display “Unknow device”,I check the power supply and all voltage are OK.

Anybody has experience about this？

It could probably be that you don't have an HID driver installed on your PC.

Do You mean USB issue with internal UART / USB boot(ROM)loader of the i.MX53 or problems with OS (Linux) under i.MX53 ?

I use the MFGTool,and I installed the driver.when i use the i.MX53QSB,and work well,so I think the driver is ok?

The driver is ok.now my problem is that the windows can not identify theUSB device，display “unknown device”.

I checked the USB part of our design，no mistake was found.

Please try using an external self-powered USB hub between i.MX53 and PC.
