      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have a custom camera with an IMX6q processor.&lt;BR /&gt;I have working firmware on an old bootloader and an old kernel.&lt;BR /&gt;I need to update the bootloader and kernel.&lt;BR /&gt;But I can't get past the kernel loading stage.&lt;BR /&gt;The UART log is always empty.&lt;BR /&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Actually, we have a guide for porting our processors to the last BSP version.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please take a look to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/user-guide/UG10165.pdf" target="_self"&gt;UG10165&lt;/A&gt; (i.MX Porting Guide).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are described the changes that you need to do in U-boot.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, if you have the Sabre board, you can simply download the last version Pre-compiled image from&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.nxp.com/design/design-center/software/embedded-software/i-mx-software/embedded-linux-for-i-mx-applications-processors:IMXLINUX" target="_self"&gt;Embedded Linux for i.MX Applications Processors&lt;/A&gt; and flash to your board.&lt;/P&gt;
