Trying to flash an IMX95 with one of the LF_v6.12.49-2.2.0_images_IMX95 to validate the functionality of the SOM I am working with but when trying to flash any image to it with the boot switches oriented in the correct way (at least I believe.) I see the device enumerated over -lsusb

but when flashing I get this error:

Wait for Known USB Device Appear...
New USB Device Attached at 3:7-514F8D9549CC4085
3:7-514F8D9549CC4085>Start Cmd:SDPS: boot -f "imx-boot-imx95evk-sd.bin-flash_a55"
59%3:7-514F8D9549CC4085>Fail HID(W): LIBUSB_ERROR_NO_DEVICE (-4)(0.169s)

When trying it with a custom bsp I was working with initially, I got the same error but with no % bar next to the command.

The chip I am using is NXP PIMX9596 XVZXNAC 0P21N SBAL 2529C

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products,

You have to review the silicon version used, it seems that you are using A0 silicon revision and LF-6.12.49 supports B0 version.

After making sure you have the BSP version for your silicon version, it's not ensured that EVK images will boot your setup since it depends on EVK attributes (RAM chip and design, peripherals, package, etc.)

Regards
