&lt;P&gt;This issue seems strange, as if something manually triggered the OOM.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you connect other devices on i.MX8MP during test? If yes, you can disconnect other interfaces, only reserve uart and power.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The another idea is about uart driver in RT kernel, you can disable RT feature to check the difference.&lt;/P&gt;
