Yocto Scarthgap 2.2.1 fails to fetch imx-gpu-viv binary

I've just updated to Yocto Scarthgap 2.2.1 (nxp-imx/meta-imx at scarthgap-6.6.52-2.2.1) and I'm getting fetcher failure in meta-imx/meta-imx-bsp/recipes-graphics/imx-gpu-viv/imx-gpu-viv_6.4.11.p2.12-aarch64.bb.

Fetcher tries to access https://www.nxp.com/lgfiles/NMG/MAD/YOCTO//imx-gpu-viv-6.4.11.p2.12-aarch64-4402ac2.bin;fsl-eula=true .

It looks like problem on NXP side, I cannot access the binary through my browser, too.

I just now try to download the binary file, it is no issue.

Please check your side with network/proxy or could be a temporary issue.
