We are designing a new card around the

https://www.nxp.com/part/MIMX8QM6AVUFEAB

And I found the Config Tools for imx software.

i have the June 2025 release -

I am not clear on the h/w requirements needed to run the DDR4 training tool.

The config tools will generate some boiler plate code which I can then integrate into the tool - is there any documentation on that.

Also can I run this on a specific core - we plan to only power the A72 processor cores.

Also the DDR4 needs 2 serial ports connected (AP and SCU) and another tool I saw mentioned OTG USB , I presume for loading images.

If there is documentation available which I can study to get a better feel for the h/w and s/w requirements perhaps somebody can tell me ?

Many thanks

Boris.
