iMX8 Plus H.265 Licensing Clarification

I am currently utilizing the NXP iMX8 Plus, specifically leveraging its Video Processing Unit (VPU) for encoding and decoding videos using the H.265 standard. As part of my product's functionality, we capture video from a camera and encode it to H.265 to save memory space. I am reaching out to inquire whether the purchase of the NXP iMX8 Plus includes coverage for any patent liabilities associated with using H.265 for commercial purposes. It's important to note that while our product encodes video, we are not distributing any encoded videos.

I have contacted NXP directly as well but I have not heard any response from them.

MPEG LA: Use of MPEG LA audio or video codec technology is limited to
evaluation and demonstration only. Permitted distributions must be similarly
limited. Further rights must be obtained directly from MPEG LA.
