Hello!

I'm following this guide https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/user-guide/Android_Auto_User's_Guide.pdf but when I run this command:

./imx-make.sh -j4 2>&1 | tee build-log.txt

I receive this error:

In the guide there is no any information about this. Where I should set this CONFIG_MODULES flag?

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products,

Could you please attach the steps that took you there? You can export the output of

<LI-CODE lang="markup">$ history</LI-CODE>

Are you running these commands?

<LI-CODE lang="markup">$ source build/envsetup.sh
$ lunch mek_8q_car-nxp_stable-userdebug</LI-CODE>

Could you please add these commands after the lunch one?

<LI-CODE lang="markup">$ export TARGET_RELEASE=nxp_stable
$ build_build_var_cache</LI-CODE>

Hi Joseph!

1. Sure. Here is the history:
<LI-CODE lang="markup">1997 source build/envsetup.sh
1998 lunch mek_8q_car-nxp_stable-userdebug
1999 ./imx-make.sh -j4 2>&1 | tee build-log.txt
2000 clear
2001 history </LI-CODE>

2. Yes, I am.

3. I run those 2 commands and nothing happened:

 after that I run:
<LI-CODE lang="markup">./imx-make.sh -j4 2>&1 | tee build-log.txt</LI-CODE>

and received the same error:
