Hi,

I'm using iMX8m-mini-bb EVK based on the yocto project base as following SDK.

repo init -u https://github.com/nxp-imx/imx-manifest -b imx-linux-styhead -m imx-6.12.3-1.0.0.xml

I tried to enable the "devfreq" to control the DRAM clock and see the impact to the power consumption, but unfortunately not able to see the node.

So I did another experiment to enable both "noc" and "devfreq" and I can see the "32700000.noc", but not see the "3d400000.dram-controller".

Attached is my patch and need your kindly help to see if anything missed or something else I have to do?

That depend on your DDR, it is LPDDR or DDR, you can check this appnote:
