RAM for M7 core of iMX8MPlus

For iMX8MPlus SoC , does it require separate RAM memory for M7 core ? Or is there a internal SRAM for M7 core?

The M7 core does not require an separate RAM.

You can run the M7 core in TCM (tightly coupled memory ) integrated in the chip or if you require more RAM you can run in the external DRAM of the A core.

I attached the Getting Started with MCUXpresso SDK for EVK-MIMX8MP, please check the chapter 6 (Running an application by U-Boot) to learn how to run an application in TCM or in DRAM.
