&lt;P&gt;The M7 core does not require an separate RAM.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can run the M7 core in TCM (tightly coupled memory ) integrated in the chip or if you require more RAM you can run in the external DRAM of the A core.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I attached the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Getting Started with MCUXpresso SDK for EVK-MIMX8MP&lt;/STRONG&gt;, please check the chapter 6 &lt;STRONG&gt;(Running an application by U-Boot)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;to learn how to run an application in TCM or in DRAM.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For iMX8MPlus SoC , does it require separate RAM memory for M7 core ? Or is there a internal SRAM for M7 core?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
