Hello,

We’re working on configuring our custom board to enter Serial Download Mode (SDP) via software, without using a physical switch, as the USB port will function solely in host mode in the final product. While it seems feasible through Fastboot, the available instructions aren’t entirely clear.

Our aim is for the device to detect a USB flash drive when plugged in, verify the integrity of an update image on the drive, reboot, flash the image, and then boot from the updated firmware.

Does NXP have a recommended workflow or user guide for achieving this process?
