Referring the crash log, the buffer address used in mxc_isi_channel_set_outbuf is NULL. Which version you are using? Can you try it with latest kernel?

内核版本为5.10.9-1.0.0+g68232600d8b7，可以尝试升级。但
内核崩溃并不会每次都发生，更换最新内核即使没发生，也不确认是否真的解决问题。
很疑惑为什么发生the buffer address used in mxc_isi_channel_set_outbuf is NULL，与我多次操作isi chanel有关系么？

可能是这个版本的驱动问题，也可能是操作问题，你先试试升级内核。
