Rust issue for flashing MIMXRT1064

I am trying to flash a rust binary with probe-rs on my MIMXRT1064 board .

I am stuck in an issue where once i start the flashing procedure i get stuck with an error that the code is seem to be running, when it is expected to be halted which is strange considering the fact that the core should not be running while flashing, I know that this might not be the right place to ask about this but i just wanted to make sure about an hardware mistakes if i am making which leads to this, any help is appreciated

Hi @Admsher ,

Thank you for your interest in NXP products. However, since the RT1064 does not officially support Rust, we can't provide an authoritative answer for third-party ports. If it's just a matter of determining whether your board has a hardware failure, looking at JLink to see if you can flash an image correctly should eliminate that doubt.

We're not quite in a position to provide more inside information on the roadmap in a public forum, but as far as I know there is no support schedule for Rust at this time. Also, I've found that there are some third-party resources that are very helpful, especially this one in github, which should provide some guidance for Rust enthusiasts: https://github.com/imxrt-rs
