topic lpddr4 configurations in i.MX Processors

Hi NXP team,

I am working on i.MX93 EVK as it contains LPDDR4x ram so my question is if the hardware changed to LPDDR4 ram then will it affect the imx93-lpm.c driver, because I have seen some ddr dependency, is there in the driver.

if so, then what configurations do we need to do for lpddr4 memory so that imx93-lpm.c driver works fine?

Regards
Shubham

Hello,

I do not see anything that may block this on the driver, unless I missed something.

Please note that this low power control module provides four interface to control the system wide OD/ND mode swithcing with DDR frequency scaling by HWFFC, DDR scaling down to a frequency < half of the full speed, DDR auto clock gating enable & auto clock gating idl strap to fine tuning the performance & power based on the user case.

Best regards/Saludos,
Aldo.
