How do I enable the SJC Fuse i.mx8

I assume it uses the uboot fuse command.

How do I determine the parameters?

Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products,

SJC enabled would mean that JTAG is enabled? It's already enabled.

In i.MX 8/8X family, the system JTAG controller (SJC) provides a method of regulating the JTAG access.
SJC provides the following security levels:

JTAG disabled – JTAG use is permanently blocked.
No-debug – JTAG security sensitive features are permanently blocked.
Secure JTAG – JTAG use is restricted (as in the no-debug level) unless a secret-key challenge/response
protocol is successfully executed.
JTAG enabled – JTAG use is unrestricted.

The index and bit are 5[0] and 22, you can refer to this article for fuse programming.

Please provide a document #, and possibly a section # that explains the bit fields in the registers.
