imx93 EVK ONOFF button not working

Hi, I'm using imx93 evk with yocto build NXP i.MX Release Distro 6.6-nanbield imx93-11x11-lpddr4x-evk ttyLP0 release. I'm trying to power off/on board using ON/OFF button but it doesn't work.

Button send an events:
