Could you please tell me where to get the detail DDR4 Layout trace routing guide of i.MX8M Plus?

I cannot find it in i.MX8M Plus Hardware Developer's Guide.

By the way, does NXP have i.MX8M Plus Evaluation board with DDR4 ?

I have confirmed that we do not have it on our i.MX8M Plus Hardware Developer's Guide.

About does NXP have i.MX8M Plus Evaluation board with DDR4 ?

Yes, we do have, but not public, I will email to you.
