i.MX53 SSI Interface with Audio DAC WM8523 - Sampling Rate Issue:

Hi All,

We are using Audio DAC WM8523 from Wolfson in our i.mX53 based custom board.

The Audio DAC is interfaced to to the i.MX53 processor through I2S (Audio Mux) & I2C (Software Control Interface).

The WM8523 driver used is from (provided by Wolfson) : http://opensource.wolfsonmicro.com/cgi-bin/gitweb.cgi?p=linux-2.6-asoc.git;a=blob_plain;f=sound/soc/codecs/wm8523.c;hb=f71a4734b1ad7edccbfd9bd395df328ebbd94287

When we use this we are getting an error - "No MCLK configured, call set_sysclk() on init" and the System unable to detect the DAC as the sound device.

Has anyone used WM8523 with any of the i.MX series Processors and were able to get it work?
