IMX8 mini LPDDR4 Nanya compatibility

Hi..
We produced a board with the imx8 mini MIMX8MM6CVTKZAA and the LPDDR4 Nanya NT6AN512T32AV-J2.
We are not be able to reach the 3000MT/S but only 2400MT/S.
The pcb layout seems ok, is there any known incompatibility?

Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products,

As the DDR is currently working, I wouldn't doubt of compatibility, also, seems that your memory has the features to be compatible with 8M Mini.

Make sure to review this post so you won't miss anything.

Seems a configuration / traces optimization to me.

Ok thanks. Do you have a "i.MX8MM (m845) DDR Controller Configuration Spreadsheet" ,the excel files, that can work with this memory?
I don't know if anyone has used this configuration IMX <--> LPDDR4 Nanya and has a working excel file...

Hi,

Our teams hasn't validated the Nanya memory as you saw, that leads to the absence of any Nanya RPA configs, you should do the configuration,
