OVM6211 isn't supported in current bsp as default, so you need offer more detailed information about this camera, what format do you use? raw data or YUV data? and what resolution do you need support?

Actually we are going to use multiple camera using SCCB communication protocol and also its datasheet is been attached here.

The camera is 8 to 10 bit ROW data output formats

I think you mean 8BITS/10BITS raw data, right? for raw data support on imx8mp, I suggest that you can use ISP for capture, for ISP porting, you can refer to the IMX219 camera porting as below

this link not able to open can you please check and also if we will use serial camera interface SCCB communication then the same things will be working same driver ?

because of license issue, this software package is removed temporarily, you also can refer to the document, for SCCB, current bsp couldn't support it as default, you need change the I2C driver to support such camera
