You can try with SEGGER J-Link.

IAR and SEGGER tool patch for i.MX8MP devices

Also, you can refer to Getting Started with MCUXpresso SDK for EVK-MIMX8MP in chapter 3.1 (Compiler/Debugger). (This document is included in SDK inside of docs folder)
