&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Press "Go to Tickets"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Login with your NXP login and password.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; On the "Group, Create and View your support cases" page click “+Add a new case” to start the process.&lt;/P&gt;
