screen compatible for i.MX 1170 evaluation kit

hi, i work on a project with the I.Mx RT 1170 Evaluation Kit and the 5.5 LCD panel RK055HDMIPI4MA0, but i want to use an other lcd, like an 7 inch screen. so can you tell me if I can plug an other one and if i can change the pinout of the MIPI interface?

Hi @fcote,

As long as the new LCD supports the MIPI interface, you should be able to use it with the RT1170 without any issues. Here's an application note that describes this interface in more detail: https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN12940.pdf
