imx93 Power Consumption dhry2 and coremark

According to AN13917 , some of test requirement will need some files. But not know where and how to get those files.

Stress test use cases
- mobilenet_v1_0.25_224_quant_vela.tflite
- ethosu_apps_rpmsg_coremark.out
Linux Suspend + CM33 CoreMark (TCM)
- power_mode_switch_coremark.bin
Core benchmark use cases
- ./dhry2
- ./coremark

EVK could run dhry, but not sure the parameters is correct or not.
