Hi:

I intend to use the CAN bus of i.mx8m plus with Windows 10 IoT.

But it doesn't work at all.

1. I connected the CAN1 and CAN2 to check it and execute the a and b roles with example "FlexCAN-interrupt-source" (from NXP's SW package),

    there's any response at the role-b.

2. Disconnect the CAN1 from CAN2, observe the signal with a logic analyser, nothing happened one the role-a sent.

For this, I add debug info and re-build the project "imxcan_mc", the flow seems good,

ImxCanIoctlControllerSendNonBlocking=>FLEXCAN_TransferSendNonBlocking=>FLEXCAN_WriteTxMb

But I cannot get any signal on the CANBUS.

I also test the hardware with Yocto project,

It works fine in the above 2 condition.

Can somebody help?

I hope you're doing well! I've contacted or W10 IoT team for any input on this issue.

In the meantime, could you please let me know if you're using a custom board or an EVK?

Best regards,
Hector.

Hi Hector:

It's a custom board.

But I test the CANBUS function on this borad with the Yocto project (Linux), it works well.
