&lt;DIV&gt;From the hardware point of view, an&amp;nbsp;NVMe SSD drive is just a PCIe device, we have a PCIe interface in our processors, and this is enough to support NVMe from the hardware side.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;From the software side - there is a standard Linux kernel driver for nvme. It is not specific to NXP or ARM. Just enable the driver. Search for nvme in make menuconfig.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;IMX8 has aggregated Lanes from X1 to X16.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;To run NXP PCIe 88W9098 on i.MX 8M Plus, perform the hardware rework as follows:&lt;/DIV&gt;
Change R452 to 0 ohm.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV dir="ltr"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV dir="ltr"&gt;One can refer to the topic of&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;PCIe&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;in the reference manual,&amp;nbsp;for more details.&lt;BR /&gt;
