One can download the Config Tools for i.MX Applications Processors and perform the pin muxing and check if it can suffice one's requirement of the interfaces desired to be used.

I am using MCIMX7D5EVM10SD for a project and want to utilize the EIM interface to communicate to FPGA,Also I want to use the two Ethernet port available.I am planning to use the First 8 AD lines from the EIM so that i can allocate the other pins for the two Ethernet. Is this possible.

Hi @riteshmpatel ,

I am using the Config tool only for the pin multiplexing .My concern is for example if we are having 20 pins for the EIM and i am using only 10 and the rest i had assigned for the two Ethernet related pins by the help of the tool, tool is supporting this.My question is if i am driving the Ethernet pins which was taken from the EIM pins will it affect the EIM operation, whether the opposite also will happen?

Since the tool allows the pin muxing, it won't affect each other's functionality.
