working on imx8mm board, flash is successful , but device is not booting , it is strucked in boot logo , after debugging got this failed error , please help me out what can be done

Hi Sanket,

I'm using JTAG to debug

first i entered into sudo

gave the command "minicom -s -D /dev/ttyUSB0

enabled software flow and exit

ran the command "boot"

after this , while starting kernel , i'm getting this error

@Sanket_ParekhI could find sdma-imx6q.bin and sdma-imx7d.bin files in /vendor/nxp/linux_firmware-imx/firmware/sdma path

After build is successful , i could find sdma-imx7d.bin file in /out/target/product/evk_8mm/vendor/firmware/imx/sdma path , But we are using imx8mm , this is the external firmware file for this processor ?

->Yes, In the Linux source code there are several firmware files available for the various boards, Even one can find several dt files as well, One can select as per their requirements based on the board one is using one can choose it for the main purpose.
