RAM Test using UUU

Hi,

I want to perform a RAM test on imx8mp using UUU utility. Can you please provide any references to meet our expectations?

I have already tested the imx6ull processer and we found some options to test 'rdmem' and 'wrmem' commands in UUU to test RAM memory but for the imx8mp it is not available.

UUU version : 1.4.193
Uboot-imx version : 2021.0

Yes, As per the uuu script I tried to run the command to read and write in the memory but it skipped the command and jumped to the SDPU command sequence.

The SDP commands will only be run when the machine is i.MX6/7/8MM/8MQ.

Yes, right SDP commands are not working with imx8mp. I want to test RAM memory using UUU.
Is there any way to test RAM memory using UUU?
Like, push some binary on board. And test RAM and give the results.

Hi @ankitpanchal167,

I hope you are doing well.

It appears there is no way as the support is not given itself in i.MX8MP.
I suggest using DDR tool for i.MX8mp with that one can do RAM testing along with calibration, and stress test.
